One of the greatest challenges will be believing in yourself and remaining steady in your Soul frequency.
The breakthrough happens when your Soul frequency becomes strong enough within you for you to begin changing your reality.

As this remembering opens, fears, shame, outside influences, old programmes and ancestral patterns that have limited your freedom to live under the guidance of your Soul can begin to lose their power.

THREE TIMELINES are open before you at once
Within the energy of this Equinox, you may become very clearly aware of three different timelines.
The first is the timeline of the past. Within it remain fears, old habits, stagnation, collective influences, programmes carried through the ancestral line and everything you have become accustomed to believing about yourself and your life. If something remains unfinished, it may become especially visible around the Equinox. Your body can be one of your most precise indicators. The body and nervous system may bring old emotions, fears and memories to the surface that are ready to be released. The second is your present Soul timeline. This is the timeline you have been creating more strongly throughout this year — choosing yourself, listening to your Soul, making decisions from your heart, trusting your own knowing and remaining within your own frequency. This is the path on which you begin to live more and more as WHO YOU TRULY ARE.
And then there is a third — the higher timeline. This may be a life you have never lived in this incarnation, yet one your Soul is ready to live now. As you focus upon it, knowledge and possibilities may begin to return to your awareness from other incarnations, higher fields of consciousness or times when life operated through a different level of consciousness. On the higher timeline, you begin to recognise more deeply: WE ARE ONE.
Everything you create affects the whole. And everything that one Soul is able to open, create and embody also opens a possibility for others.

Your body shows you what you are ready to release
The Equinox may also reveal what is still holding you to the old timeline.
This may appear through emotions, the body, the nervous system or situations that bring you face to face once again with an old fear or pattern. This is the GIFT of the Equinox, because when you are ready to move fully through this challenge, new spaces of choice can open to you over the following three months. The more old information you release from within yourself, the more space there is for the knowing of your own Soul. This is why it becomes so important to notice what happens within you when fear unsettles you.

At the centre of this alignment is the HEART — purity of heart, the calling of your Soul, being true to yourself, awareness and purity in your choices. The more deeply aligned you are with yourself, the more clearly you can recognise which future is truly yours in your heart. The higher timeline of your Soul is born within you and begins to reveal itself from within you.
