Preparing for the Equinox — a Higher Field of Choice Is Opening!
The energies of 12–19 September are preparing you for the Equinox, but this time much of the preparation is taking place through the body.
The planetary fields, grid and core have begun new attunements. The planetary grid is gradually attuning to receive sound and light fields carrying a new, higher frequency and light codes. The same attunement is taking place within the human body, body consciousness and subtle energy fields.
All living consciousness is attuning as though to a frequency an octave higher — and you are becoming more precisely attuned to YOURSELF and to the frequency of your Soul.
Sound and Light Fields
One of the greatest shifts in the first half of September is taking place in our ability to receive sound and light fields.
Consciousness is no longer receiving new information only as ‘thoughts’ or ‘ideas’, but increasingly through sound and frequency vibrations that can be felt within the body.
These fields carry higher frequencies and information, and your consciousness, body and DNA respond to them in different ways. Light fields have a stronger effect on consciousness, opening new perceptions, visions and understandings.
Sound fields reach more deeply into the body and the level of DNA, attuning you to receive information from your own Soul Consciousness.
A higher sound field does not refer only to physical sound that you hear with your ears. It is frequency-based information to which your entire body responds through resonance. On an energetic level, your DNA begins to receive and vibrate within a higher network of sound and light.
These changes affect the entire planetary grid, its crystalline structure and nature itself. The crystalline structure within the human being is also becoming increasingly attuned to receiving higher frequencies of sound and light.
The Possibilities of 12–19 September
What Is Happening in the Body — Your Body Is Learning to Receive a New Sound
You may feel this attunement very directly within your body. Certain sounds may become more disturbing than before, while beautiful music, a voice or a particular sound frequency may touch you much more deeply and reach directly into your heart. New information reaches your body through sound and frequency vibrations, and your biological body begins to function like a living tuning fork. As an energetic experience, you may feel this as a subtle tingling sensation, warmth, lightness or a higher-pitched tone in your ears. Your body field is attuning to a new sound frequency and becoming increasingly precise in recognising which sounds create harmony within you and which do not. Your whole system is attuning to greater inner harmony. Sound codes can settle into the body most easily in a state of rest, which means that silence and rest may be just as important now as active creation. You may also notice a greater need for water. The Water element is an important carrier of information within this attunement, helping Soul memory opening through the sound fields to move more deeply into your bodily awareness and cellular level. Your body is preparing to carry increasing amounts of information coming from your own Soul Consciousness.

What Is Happening Within You — Two Streams of Information May Be Sounding at Once
The attunement of the sound fields makes the difference between old and new information increasingly clear. You may notice that two different kinds of knowing, or two frequencies, seem to exist within you at the same time. One comes from old memories, habits, fears, collective influences or the way you have become accustomed to seeing yourself and your life. The other comes directly from your Soul — as a pure and luminous flow of information in which you simply KNOW that this belongs to your path. The new attunement of the sound and light fields helps you connect more clearly with information from the Soul level. Your body and energy fields begin releasing old influences that do not belong to your original frequency. These may include collective energies, the influence of other people or old inner programmes that have prevented you from fully trusting yourself and your own knowing. These attunements bring old memories to the surface so that you can release them and attune more purely to your new path. This is why the first half of September may also bring periods of inner fluctuation.
Ask yourself: Is the thought I am thinking right now coming from the memory of fear, or from the direct knowing of my Soul?
Your Soul Memory Begins to Open
As old information is released from your fields, more information from your own Soul Consciousness can begin to open.
Your Soul carries experiences from previous incarnations and other fields of consciousness, and some of this knowledge may now begin to return to your conscious memory. It may not appear as an ordinary memory, but as recognition, inner knowing, a sound, an image, a bodily sensation or a new ability to understand something you have never learnt in this lifetime.
The more you attune to the frequency of your Soul, the more of what already exists within you begins to reveal itself.
Notice: What images arise within you when you hear a pure sound?
Higher sound frequencies may bring forward new images of possibility and recognition from your Soul memory that would otherwise remain hidden. Ocean waves, the silence of a forest, birdsong or the deep inner stillness that arises beneath a starry sky may help you attune to this field of memory.
Attune to the sound of your Soul — it can also reveal itself in silence.
The sound of the Soul is the feeling of harmony that arises when you are centred, when everything within you naturally falls into place and the possibility that is most natural and true for you comes forward.
And your Soul knows. You already have the Soul power and the capacity you need.
Your Timeline Becomes More Visible
These new attunements also directly affect your personal timeline.
The more precisely your body, consciousness and energy fields attune to your Soul Consciousness, the more clearly you begin to understand what belongs to your path and what you are ready to step away from. Something you have felt uncertain about for a long time may suddenly become completely clear. At the same time, old directions, relationships or activities may lose their meaning for you.
A new timeline does not have to appear before you immediately as a fully formed event. It may first reveal itself as RECOGNITION. You simply know that you are no longer moving in a particular direction. Or, for the first time, you feel with complete clarity that an entirely new possibility belongs to your future, even though you do not yet know how it will take physical form.
Ask yourself: What have I dreamt of and known within myself, but have not yet dared to allow myself?
What Is Happening in Relationships — A Shared Sound Seeks Harmony
The new sound frequency is also beginning to bring greater order into your relationship fields.
You become increasingly aware of those with whom a natural harmony arises within your field, and of the relationships in which you continually have to reduce, alter or hold back your true frequency.
The sound fields bring a new order into relationships and shared creation. This means that relationships, collaborations and shared endeavours that carry a common direction towards harmony can begin to attune more deeply to one another. You may experience a new shared rhythm emerging with another person. You do not have to be alike or think in the same way. Your different frequencies can still come together to create something harmonious. In other relationships, however, disharmony may become increasingly audible. What you were once able to silence or tolerate within yourself may now feel like a false note within your own sound field. New harmony does not mean that everyone must sound the same. Harmony is created when different pure sounds find a shared resonance.
Ask yourself: With whom does my heart begin to sing, allowing everything to flow naturally?
The Throat and Heart Levels — Your Voice Is Finding Its True Sound
At the throat level, cacophony begins to clear — everything you express that you no longer truly feel within your heart.
It becomes increasingly difficult to say one thing when your inner knowing is telling you something else. Your heart recognises your true frequency, and the throat level begins learning to express it with increasing purity.
This may bring conversations in which you no longer wish to soften, hide or alter what you truly feel simply to preserve external peace.
The more aligned you are with your inner truth, the less need you have to turn conversations into battles or force others to accept your truth.
Your inner clarity begins to become your outer expression. Your voice, your words and your creations begin to carry more precisely the frequency your heart truly feels.
Ask yourself: Where am I still softening or apologising for my truth in order to preserve external peace?
What Is Happening in Creation — Creation Becomes Soul-Led
At the Equinox, the next greater field of possibilities and choices opens, and this present period is preparing you to make choices from a higher level than before. You may choose something you have never dared to choose before, or see a possibility you have never even consciously considered.
Because it is not only your choices that are changing — the place FROM WHICH YOU CREATE is changing.
The more you attune to your Soul Consciousness, the less you create through collective influences, fears, the expectations of others or old programmes. Your creation becomes increasingly Soul-led.
This brings greater neutrality and deeper trust in your Soul. You begin stepping out of everything that has made you doubt your own knowing or weakened your connection with your Soul.
And beneath all of that, your own knowing begins to emerge with increasing clarity.
Ask yourself: What way of creating am I tired of continuing? What kind of creation is truly mine?
Preparing for the Equinox — a Higher Field of Choice Is Opening
The deeper purpose of these pre-Equinox attunements is to prepare your body and consciousness to carry new choices that you could not yet have made from your previous frequency.
Receiving sound frequencies expands your capacity to receive knowledge. The Water element helps the new frequency move through and be carried by the body, while at the level of DNA a deeper attunement takes place to receive the Soul knowledge you have gathered across lifetimes and chosen to open within this incarnation.
You are attuning to a higher direction on your own timeline.
This opens a new capacity within you — you may begin to see possibilities that you could not see before. What once seemed too great or even impossible may become your natural next step.
This is happening because your inner attunement is changing.
The Equinox opens a new level of creation: rather than choosing only between the possibilities already before you, an entirely new direction can begin to emerge from your Soul Consciousness — one for which there may be no precedent in your previous life.
Right now, the ATTUNEMENT is taking place
You are attuning ever more precisely to the frequency of your own Soul and beginning to see yourself as the Creator.
The clearer your receptivity becomes, the more clearly your life begins to express who you truly are as a Soul.
Gratitude, harmony, compassion and love become increasingly natural expressions of your being and of your own Soul frequency.
You are attuning more deeply to WHO YOU ALREADY ARE AS A SOUL.
And the more precise your attunement becomes, the more purely one sound begins to resonate within you —
